Katie Farrow

Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor and fully qualified CHEK exercise coach.
Katie has been a Personal Trainer since 2002, working with actors and athletes around the world.
CHECK Institute training incorporates a holistic approach through a series of assessments to develop a personalised exercise program to achieve exceptional results.
