The Reformer is such an incredible machine - It's like a workout and rehab session in one!
Working with Katie on the reformer has helped me regain my strength while addressing the imbalances I had in my body and posture (The ones which cause you discomfort on a daily basis, but you put up with for some reason!) In my private sessions, Katie delivers whole body conditioning while working to a personalised programme that addresses my strengths and weaknesses. Within only a few weeks of training I noticed a huge difference in the way I felt and was able to move - Day to day activities were easier, as was getting my body through other types of workouts. I love Pilates and Katie's sessions (which we schedule to work around my 3 yr old so I can always fit in a class) have definitely reminded me why!
